for concluding a contract for paid information and consulting services · version of 2 September 2026. This is a courtesy translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by Sole Proprietor "ATTA", represented by Azat Amirgaliuly Omirgali, acting on the basis of Registration Slip No. KZ09TWQ02578920 dated 29.12.2022 (IIN 920725301448, hereinafter the "Contractor"), in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2. Payment for any service on the website scholary.kz, or confirmation of an order in correspondence with the Contractor, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the person who paid for the service (hereinafter the "Customer") and the conclusion of a contract on the terms set out below.

1.3. If the Customer is under 18, acceptance of the offer and payment on their behalf are made by their legal representative (parent, guardian).

2. Services and prices

2.0. Free access. Registration and basic access to the personal dashboard on scholary.kz are provided free of charge and do not require payment, linking a bank card or concluding a paid contract. Free access includes: a catalogue of educational programmes with published requirements and deadlines, an aggregate estimate of the probability of admission and funding, an application list, a document checklist, deadline reminders and a limited number of automated document checks per day. Free access is provided "as is", without any obligations of the Contractor regarding timing or results, and may be changed or terminated by the Contractor unilaterally with notice on the pricing page.

2.1. The Contractor provides the following paid information, analytical and consulting services:

"Probability Report" — free (provided as part of free access under clause 2.0 after completing the questionnaire and providing contact details). Generation by the Contractor's automated system of a personalised report: estimated probabilities of admission and funding for matched foreign educational programmes, a recommended portfolio of programmes, a calendar of approximate deadlines. The report is sent to the contacts specified by the Customer (WhatsApp and/or email) within 24 hours of payment; the standard time is up to 10 minutes.

"Session with a Specialist" — 15 000 ₸. An online consultation of up to 90 minutes (Zoom / Google Meet): a review of the Customer's profile, prioritisation of programmes, recommendations on documents and the motivation letter. Includes the "Probability Report" service. The date and time are agreed in correspondence; the service is deemed rendered upon completion of the consultation or if the Customer fails to attend at the agreed time without giving at least 24 hours' notice.

"Documents & Application" — 35 000 ₸. Information support: checking the documents provided by the Customer for compliance with the published requirements of the selected programmes (up to 5 programmes), recommendations on completeness and timing, information support until the applications are submitted. The Customer submits the applications themselves; the Contractor does not perform legally significant actions on the Customer's behalf and does not receive access to their accounts and passwords. The service term is until the end of the nearest application season for the selected programmes, unless otherwise agreed.

"Scholary Pro" — 4 990 ₸ per calendar month or 14 900 ₸ per season. Extended access to the automated features of the personal dashboard for the paid period: an increased daily limit of automated checks of documents and motivation letters, an extended calculation mode, a probability-change simulator and priority deadline reminders. The period is counted in calendar days from the moment the payment is credited: a month is 31 days, a season is 183 days. There is no automatic renewal: at the end of the paid period, access reverts to the free level, and no repeat charge is made without a new instruction from the Customer. The service is provided continuously throughout the paid period.

2.2. Current prices are published on the page scholary.kz/tariffs.html. Price changes do not affect services already paid for.

3. Important disclaimers

3.1. The report and consultations contain statistical estimates and recommendations based on the Contractor's model and open data on educational programmes. They are not a guarantee of admission, a scholarship, a grant or a visa.

3.2. Programme requirements, quotas, amounts and deadlines are set by their operators and may change. The Customer must check the current conditions on the programmes' official websites before applying.

3.3. The Contractor receives no remuneration from universities, agencies or other third parties for including programmes in the report or for their order: the ranking of programmes is determined solely by the Contractor's assessment model.

3.4. The probability report is generated individually for each Customer based on the data they provide (education level, grades, language certificate, achievements, budget, priorities): the calculation of probabilities, the composition of the programme portfolio, the deadline calendar and the recommendations are generated by the algorithm personally for the Customer's profile. The input data of the calculation is stated in the report itself. The accuracy of the report depends on the completeness and reliability of the information provided by the Customer.

4. Payment procedure

4.1. Payment is made in tenge by bank card, Apple Pay / Google Pay via the payment provider TipTop Pay Kazakhstan LLP, or by another method agreed with the Contractor (including a Kaspi transfer). Bank card data is processed by the payment provider; the Contractor has no access to it.

4.2. The "Probability Report" service is deemed rendered at the moment the report is sent to the contacts specified by the Customer.

5. Refunds

5.1. If the report was not delivered through the Contractor's fault within 24 hours of payment, the Customer may, at their choice, request a resend or a full refund.

5.2. No refund is made for the actually rendered "Probability Report" service (a delivered report), since the service is informational in nature and is consumed at the moment of receipt.

5.3. The "Session with a Specialist" consultation may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund if notice is given no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

5.4. For the "Documents & Application" service, a full refund is possible before the actual provision begins; after it begins, a refund is made in proportion to the part not rendered, by agreement of the parties.

5.5. For the "Scholary Pro" service, a refund is made in proportion to the unused full days of the paid period, less the days of access actually used. Upon refund, access is terminated and reverts to the free level.

5.6. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within 10 banking days.

6. Personal data

6.1. The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By paying for a service, the Customer confirms their consent to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary to provide the services.

7. Liability and dispute resolution

7.1. The Contractor's liability under the contract is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant service.

7.2. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation; claims are sent to the Contractor's contacts and considered within 10 working days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Contractor's place of registration in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
