The school connects once. Every student gets their chances, plan and documents; the counsellor gets weekly "who's behind" lists; the principal gets a summary and the year's report; parents get a "where we are now" status. One counsellor actually guides the whole year group, not just two or three "strong" students.
Sources: Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, UNESCO UIS, Ministry of Education Order No. 47 of 26.03.2025. We don't claim "two thirds won't get in": grants also go to graduates of previous years. We believe that each of the 216 900 should have a plan.
The school buys one connection. Student data appears for the counsellor and in the principal's summary on its own — no spreadsheets or surveys. Parents get a status, not "call back tomorrow".
Four roles — four different screens. Switch and see what you see.
Nothing to install, no teacher training. Four steps as the school sees them.
The principal, deputy head or counsellor fills in the form below. We call back within one working day and agree on the plan and the contract.
15 minutesThe school receives an email with a private link and a code. The owner invites the principal and the counsellor — no extra charge for staff.
1 dayThe link goes out to the class chats. Students sign up from their phones, enter their class, answer 7 questions — and see their chances.
1 weekThe counsellor opens "The week": the "not calculated" and "no plan" lists start to shrink. Two weeks later the principal sees the first summary by class.
2 weeksThe dashboard knows which week of the season it is in Kazakhstan and tells the counsellor what's urgent: not the American November but January–February — UNT, Hungary, China, Türkiye.
We compare not with competitors, but with how it works today.
An honest calculator: only your input and our price list. We don't calculate "admission growth" percentages — nobody can promise those.
The price per seat is 5–10 times lower than the retail Scholary Pro subscription (14 900 ₸ per season): from 1 500 to 3 000 ₸ per student per year. A seat is taken only by a student who has signed up, so you won't pay for "dead souls".
One class tries everything without limits. No contract needed — just a request.
For one year group or a specialised class.
All of Grades 9–11 of a regular school.
A school network, a lyceum with branches or a district.
More seats than in the plan? Each extra seat is 3 000 ₸ per year under a supplementary agreement. Monthly billing — minimum 3 months. The AI review limit is 60 a day per student, as in regular Pro; if a school consistently exceeds the total limit, we discuss an extension separately. Prices exclude VAT; sole proprietor on the simplified tax regime.
We sign a contract with sole proprietor "ATTA" (simplified tax regime, no VAT), issue an invoice, and after payment — an act. Payment is possible from the school's extra-budgetary funds, through the board of trustees or the parents' committee — many schools buy Kundelik and olympiad platforms this way. For the education department we'll prepare a presentation and a report on the pilot's results.
The pilot is one class (up to 50 students) with full access for 30 days and no contract. At the end we show how many students signed up, what they calculated and which deadlines lie ahead of them. If the school continues, we move it to the annual plan and students lose nothing. If not, access simply closes — no charges.
The minimum: name, class, email for sign-in and questionnaire answers (grades, language, interests). We don't ask for IINs, addresses or identity documents — a name and class are enough for the school's work, and extra children's data only increases the school's liability. Data is stored with access separation: the student sees only their own, the counsellor — a summary for their school, without the student's files or correspondence. Details in the privacy policy.
The school dashboard has a "New link" button: the old one stops working that very second, and students who have already signed up stay. Outsiders are visible in the list — they can be removed with one click, and the seat is freed.
They sign up via the school link with the same account — and their subscription is simply extended to the end of the school term. Nothing is lost, no need to pay twice.
No. Everything works in the browser on a phone or a computer. A 20-minute call is enough for the counsellor: we show the dashboard and provide a memo and a text for the class chat. On the "School" plan we run an online homeroom lesson "How to get into a university abroad" for students.
A printable summary from the dashboard: how many Grade 9–11 students received a calculation, which countries and fields they chose, how many applications were sent and how many offers received, plus the list of students with upcoming deadlines. This is exactly the report on "supporting an individual educational trajectory" — in the terms of the order on the career counsellor.
Yes, for students under 18. When signing up, the student confirms they're doing so with their parents' knowledge, and the school sends the link via the class chat — so parents see it first. We don't call children or message them unprompted: all notifications are only about deadlines the student added themselves.
The interface is currently in Russian. We'll make a Kazakh version at the request of schools with Kazakh as the language of instruction — mention it in your request, it affects our queue.
Kundelik is about grades and current performance. Scholary is about the trajectory after school: chances, programmes, documents, deadlines and the counsellor's work. These are different contours; they don't overlap or interfere with each other.
The principal — a summary by year group and class, the season funnel, "needs attention" and the year's report. The counsellor — "who's behind" lists, the weekly queue, student cards with notes and a status for the family. Roles are assigned by invitation from the settings, at no extra charge.
A six-axis model based on the student's questionnaire (profile, exams, language, budget, country, field) against the requirements of each of the 236 programmes. It's a guide for planning, not a verdict: the goal is to show where the chances are real and what exactly raises them. We don't promise admission.
No — it strengthens them. Scholary calculates and reminds, while decisions, conversations with parents and motivation come from a person. The dashboard shows who to approach first: whose deadline is burning, who hasn't logged in for a week, whose chances are low and who should change their goal.
Fill in the form — we'll call back within one working day. We open the pilot the same day.
A confirmation has been sent to . We'll call back within one working day, agree on the details and open access: you'll receive a link for students and access to the school dashboard.
