For counsellors and consultants

50 students — and not a single missed deadline

The morning starts with one line: what's urgent. Every student has a next step with a date. Parents get a status on WhatsApp in one click. The season goes week by week, with a calendar of all deadlines.

One day with the workspace

Not "a CRM in general", but three moments of a counsellor's day: morning, a call with the family, evening. Each has one action, not digging through chats.

Sound familiar?

Four situations that make families change their consultant. Each has a specific screen that closes it.

The season week by week — not "as it goes"

The workspace knows which week of the season it is and what usually burns: the weekly hint is calculated from your students, not the general calendar.

Each screen is built around one counsellor action. Nothing extra — and nothing you need to "keep in your head".

Weekly overview: what's stuck · assign steps to everyone without one · "week planned"

Seven days with tasks, meetings and deadlines; a month with all students' deadlines and season windows — UNT, holidays, key scholarships.

The student and parents win too

Your plan includes Scholary Pro for every student (retail — 14 900 ₸ per season). This is your argument for the family: the guidance is systematic, and it shows.

Student

Their own dashboard with a weekly plan

  • Two probabilities — admission and scholarship — across 236 programmes, with the amount and the deadline.
  • A weekly plan, documents with a critical path, AI letter review, Telegram reminders.
  • The counsellor's name and contact — right in the dashboard. You see their chances, programmes and document statuses.
Parents

Know where things stand, without calls

  • A status every 2–3 weeks: stage, what's done, next step, deadline, documents — from the card, on WhatsApp.
  • A meeting reminder the day before, with a text that's already written.
  • Transparency is what the market lacks: parents tell other parents about you.

Pricing

The price is tied to the number of students you guide at the same time. Every plan includes the full workspace and Scholary Pro for each student. Do the maths: one student costs you from 2 100 to 5 300 ₸ a year — less than 2% of the cost of guidance.

🔥
The first 50 counsellors get the annual plan at half price. The price is locked for the whole first year and renews at the regular rate if you decide to stay. We collect feedback and shape the workspace around you.

Let's discuss

Regular annual price: Start 79 000 ₸, Practice 159 000 ₸, Agency 319 000 ₸ — "per student" in the cards is calculated at the first-50 price. Monthly — minimum 3 months, no discount. Upgrading to a higher plan — pay the difference pro rata for the remaining term. Payment: Kaspi or an invoice to a sole proprietor/LLP; we work under a contract with sole proprietor "ATTA" (simplified tax regime, no VAT). The AI review limit is 60 a day per student, as in regular Pro.

FAQ

How is this different from the school dashboard?

The school dashboard is a list of students who have signed up, with a summary: who's aiming where and what's urgent. The counsellor's workspace is a working tool: you create the cards yourself and manage programmes, documents with files, notes and tasks for every student — even one who hasn't signed up yet. If you work at a school and guide private students at the same time, these are two different products for two different jobs.

Does the student see my notes and files?

No. Notes, tasks, files and everything you enter in the card are yours only. In their dashboard the student sees only the counsellor's name and contact. The other way round: you see their calculation, programmes and document statuses, but not their files or their conversations with the AI.

What is a "seat" and what happens when the seats run out?

A seat is a student card in the workspace. Closed the season, deleted the card — the seat is freed. When there are as many cards as seats in the plan, new ones won't be added (and the link will stop accepting new students) until you free a seat or upgrade to a higher plan — the difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining term.

The student already uses Scholary themselves. What happens?

They sign up via your link with the same account: their subscription is extended to the end of your plan, and the card in the workspace is linked by email — you immediately see their calculation and programmes. No need to pay twice.

Where are students' files stored and who sees them?

In Scholary's secure storage, in your account's folder. Only you have access to a file, via a temporary link. We don't ask for IINs or scans of ID documents — a name, class and email are enough; you attach the rest as needed. Details in the privacy policy.

Can two people work from one workspace?

A workspace is tied to one account — it's safer for children's data. For a team, take "Agency": we open a separate workspace for each consultant, and the total student limit can be extended by a supplementary agreement.

What happens after the 14 trial days?

We'll write to you and ask how it went. If you continue, we issue an invoice or you pay via Kaspi, and the workspace keeps working with the same cards. If not, access simply closes — no charges and no "auto-renewals".

Why is this better than amoCRM, Bitrix24 or my own spreadsheet?

A sales CRM counts leads and deals, not GKS deadlines and apostilles. Here everything is built around one student's path: admission stages, a programme catalogue with verified deadlines, a document checklist with processing times, a "next step" and a status for the family. A spreadsheet works too — until you have more than ten students and someone calls to ask "so where are we".

What does the report for parents look like?

It's a short message the workspace assembles from the card: stage, what was done in the last two weeks, the next step with a date, the nearest deadline, documents "N of M ready". You edit the text, click "To the parent on WhatsApp" — and it stays in the student's history. We recommend once every 2–3 weeks: the workspace itself highlights families that haven't received a status for more than 21 days.

How do I move students from Excel?

Copy the table (name, class, phone, email, parent, parent's phone, goal) and paste it into "Settings → Import from Excel" — or upload a CSV. Duplicates by name and email are skipped, and the plan's seat limit is respected.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, fully: the student list, cards, documents and notes are adapted to a phone screen. Files can be attached straight from the gallery or from WhatsApp via "Share".

Is there a Kazakh version?

The interface is currently in Russian. We'll make a Kazakh version on request — mention it in your request, it affects our queue.
